Lynda was very excited about the idea of celebrating our wedding anniversary or vow renewal in Las Vegas. I encouraged her to go with friends and do the shopping for anything she would like. She insisted me to go with her for shopping for her wedding dress otherwise she had friends line up to go with her for anything else.
She told me that Adam’s going to be the Best-man for me and Jenifer was going to be her Bridesmaid to stand at the alter and assist with wedding preparation. Therefore, she decided to ask them to come to Vegas at least a week before the wedding.
There were several friends where we were living who were helping us with anything and everything.
Lynda had decided to book our wedding ceremony in a reasonable wedding chapel where people from all over the world used to come and get married. When Adam and Jenifer arrived, Adam wanted to know where the wedding was booked. He decided to go and look at the place. It didn’t take too long for us to find out that he didn’t like the chapel. He cancelled it and decided to book us at the wedding chapel at Monte Carlo, Resort and Casino.
Just a word about Las Vegas and Wedding Ceremonies – Las Vegas is famously known as the “Marriage Capital of the World.” People come from all over to get married because it’s fast, easy, fun, and flexible.

Adam booked us in Monte Carlo, Resort and Casino (Now it’s called Park MGM) on the Las Vegas Strip which had almost 3,000 rooms and the property included a large casino floor, a pool area, spa and a variety of dining venues with entertainment. The resort offered:
- Wedding and social occasions via its event planning team, which can help with ceremony setup, receptions, and custom events;
- There was a wedding chapel on the property which also did catering; and
- They also had a team of photographers to help capture wedding moments.
Adam also booked a brand-new stretch limousine for 12 passengers which was well equipped with all kinds of wines and liquors.
In any case, it wasn’t easy for us to select 12 folks to go with us in the limousine, but we had no choice.

When we got back, we found out that our friend, Brenda, had arranged a party with 50 folks at the clubhouse. We spent several hours listening to the music, enjoying the food and never stopped talking. We were totally grateful not only to our friends but also to our own son for organizing everything.
